Customer Guarantee Policy
We at (DAG) D AUTO GROUP LLC and its partnerships understand that people may not always make the right choice the first time and are pleased to offer a NO Questions Asked Return Back Guarantee.
If you decide that the vehicle you purchase from us is not right for you for any
reason, just notify us as soon as possible (within three calendar days of delivery) and we
are happy to help. The vehicle must be returned to (DAG) D AUTO GROUP LLC within 3 calendar days
of delivery with less than 100 miles over the odometer reading on the day of purchase in
the same condition. We will apply 100% of the purchase price toward any vehicle of equal value....
No Questions Asked! Just let us know why this vehicle was not the one for you. There is a 30 day window for replacement vehicle.
It is the customer's responsibility to return the vehicle to (DAG) D AUTO GROUP LLC. We are
Unable to refund shipping and/or transportation cost if the vehicle purchased was/is to
be picked up from (DAG) D AUTO GROUP LLC or a facility housing the vehicle by transport truck.
The 3 days will begin once the vehicle is delivered to the customer or the customer’s agent
but in no case shall the time frame be extended past 10 calendar days from the date the vehicle leaves
(DAG) D AUTO GROUP LLC property or designated location..
This is not a cash refund return back policy. We are unable to accept vehicle returns
for a refund under ANY circumstances. (DAG) D AUTO GROUP LLC does not refund Documentary
fees, Dealer Service fee, fees associated with the transportation of vehicle, state taxes or
license and title fees. We can only allow 100% of the actual price of the vehicle before
any tax- title license or fee added.
