When DAG customers contact us with questions or an issue, we need to be prepared to handle any unique request. That means we need skilled problem-solvers ready to listen and engage thoughtfully with customers as they multitask, create relationships, and think on their feet.  People who are able to turn any situation around by providing resolution - and bring top personalized service to each and every customer.
DAG Customer Service Account Executives are the all-around, front line customer resource, handling everything from technical questions about our products and equipment, addressing billing issues, promoting and selling new products and services, and creating conversations that place our customers at the center of our business.  Changing the customer experience, each customer at a time.
For this essential role, you’ll need a high school diploma or the equivalent, along with the flexibility to work overtime and weekends. And if you’re fluent in another language, certain locations have amazing bilingual opportunities available!

Account Executive

DAG is a provider of cloud and data center infrastructure as a service solution. Our data solutions enable our customers to focus on purchasing a vehicle from the comfort of their home, work place or while vacationing.  Our team handles the information technology needed to support it.

Your Role as Sales Representative at DAG:

You will be a member of DAG Account Executive team and get the chance to represent a well-respected brand that continues to evolve and expand new technology in the Automotive Industry market (working with smart, successful people is the best way to grow professionally!)

You will have the opportunity to market and sell new services from cutting edge, best of franchise products and technologies.

You will build relationships throughout the auto consumer community, with DAG customers, vendors, partners, and employees

You’ll enjoy a competitive salary, uncapped commissions, stellar culture and employee benefits.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 3 to 4 years of experience in an outside sales role focused on market penetration and creating new customers for the organization.  The successful candidate will be able to show examples of their sales successes and achievements by way of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and/or sales awards or acknowledgments.

 




Sales Rep Associate

Responsibilities:

Partner with the business development teams to prospect and develop strategic plans of action based on industry trends, customer analysis and competitors.

Develop, prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations and quotes on the Automotive Industry and technology that are in alignment with customer needs.

Nurturing and growing the sales pipeline of new customers while managing and building up your sales pipeline and forecasting future sales funnel.


Required

Demonstrated success as a hunter and closer of new customers; able to partner with lead generation team to prospect new leads.

Great attitude; someone who is driven to help our customers.

Experience selling solutions in an automotive market, preferably in products and technology.

Sales-achiever: experience achieving results by understanding products and customer priorities.

Familiarity with the automotive consumer market.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
