CRA DUTIES


DAG Client Representation Advisor (CRA) Duties, Authority, and Limitations

Purpose

The Client Representation Advisor (CRA) serves as a client-facing representative responsible for facilitating DAG's representation process, educating clients regarding company services, maintaining documentation standards, and coordinating communication between clients and authorized company personnel.

The CRA operates within established company doctrines and authority limitations.


Authorized Duties


The CRA may:

• Respond to client inquiries

• Conduct structured client consultations

• Explain DAG's representation process

• Direct clients to company website resources and policies

• Confirm budget, timeline, and financing readiness

• Gather required documentation

• Maintain CRM records and communication logs

• Coordinate client communication throughout the representation process

• Escalate qualified files to authorized negotiation personnel

• Provide status updates approved by DAG management

• Conduct post-delivery follow-up communication


Authority Limitations

The CRA is not authorized to:

• Independently negotiate vehicle pricing

• Discuss company profit margins

• Commit DAG Auto Group to pricing agreements

• Modify transaction terms

• Guarantee vehicle availability

• Guarantee financing approval

• Guarantee delivery dates

• Approve transactions

• Execute contracts on behalf of DAG Auto Group

• Override company policies, procedures, or negotiation doctrine


Restricted Consumer Discussions

To protect consistency, compliance, and client trust, CRAs shall not engage in discussions regarding:

• Company profit margins

• Internal pricing strategies

• Negotiation methodology

• Auction bidding strategies

• Dealer relationships

• Internal sourcing methods

• Proprietary company procedures

• Executive-level business decisions

• Contractor compensation structures

• Ownership structure of the company

• Future company expansion plans not publicly disclosed

• Legal interpretations or legal advice

• Tax advice

• Financing decisions beyond approved company information

Any questions regarding these subjects shall be referred to authorized DAG management.


Communication Standards

All client communications should be conducted in a professional environment that minimizes distractions and background noise.

CRA representatives are expected to maintain a setting that supports:

• Clear communication

• Client confidentiality

• Professional presentation

• Trust-first service standards

All communications should reflect the professional image and operational standards of DAG Auto Group.


Independent Contractor Acknowledgement

The CRA understands that:

• The CRA is an independent contractor

• The CRA is not an employee of DAG Auto Group

• The CRA controls personal scheduling and work methods subject to company standards

• The CRA is responsible for personal tax obligations

• The CRA is expected to operate professionally while adhering to DAG's documented representation standards

The CRA acknowledges that authority is limited to duties specifically authorized by DAG Auto Group.


Communication Duties Maximum Pickup Probability

Multiple phones ring at once, so fastest available person answers.

Including:

  • Receive CRA applications (Application Website: Find My Car)
  • Pre-screen candidates
  • Explain DAG opportunity professionally
  • Schedule interviews
  • Maintain applicant pipeline
  • Track follow-up status

Key Talent Roles

Tier 1: Client Relationship Coordinator (CRA)

Responsible for inbound leads, scheduling, customer communication, follow-up, and

initial qualification.

 Client Representation Advisor (CRA)

Responsible for customer consultation, needs analysis, purchase guidance, and

relationship management.

If customer, asks a question and you have no answer. Place customer on hold. Contact a Tier 2 Specialist.

Transfer customer to Tier 2 with Buyer Application and supporting documents.

Tier 2: Negotiation Lead Specialist

Inform customers all calls will be recorded.

To qualify for CRA Certification, candidates must demonstrate familiarity with DAG's website resources, representation standards, client protection policies, and client education materials.

Candidates should be able to confidently direct clients to the appropriate website resources for information regarding company services, company processes, client protections, transportation services, market pricing resources, referral programs, and frequently asked questions.

The DAG website serves as the company's primary client education and information platform. Client Representation Advisors are expected to maintain working knowledge of website content and utilize company resources to ensure consistent and accurate communication with clients.
