These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (“Client”) and DAG Auto Group (“DAG,” “we,” “us”) in connection with the use of our services and website.
DAG provides vehicle sourcing, advisory, and concierge-style assistance only. DAG does not sell vehicles, does not provide legal, financial, or mechanical advice, and does not act as a dealer or lender.
Any agreements entered into as a result of using DAG’s services are solely between the Client and the applicable third-party seller, vendor, transporter, lender, or service provider. DAG is not a party to such agreements and assumes no obligations under them.
DAG makes no representations or warranties regarding vehicle condition, pricing, availability, or suitability. All information is provided for general reference and must be independently verified by the Client.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAG disclaims liability for damages arising from third-party actions, delays, errors, omissions, canceled transactions, or market conditions.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time without notice. Continued use of DAG’s services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
