TERMS OF SALE
You agree to the following terms of sale as well as DAG vehicle arbitration policy:
Buyer is the transferee and agrees to purchase the Vehicle; Seller is the transferor and agrees to sell the Vehicle. DAG is merely the broker or facilitator in the transaction and expressly disclaims any and all express and/or implied warranties as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other matter whatsoever with respect to a Vehicle, other than the limited title guarantee set forth below.
Certain portions of the Service or the Services as a whole may require a prepaid fee ("Prepaid Fee"), which may be modified from time to time in DAG sole discretion. The Prepaid Fee, and all taxes and other fees related thereto will be paid by you in advance. In no event will you receive any portions of the Service or the Services as a whole if a Prepaid Fee is required unless DAG receives all fees and charges payable by you, including the Prepaid Fees.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection company agreed upon by DAG.
A 10% deposit must be within 5 business days of the begin of the auction to bid on the vehicle once the customer has agreed to purchase. Payment in full must be received within 24 hours are contract or it will be null and void. Deposits must be with Certified Funds Credit Card are Wire Transfers. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle relisting fees, and lost dealership productivity.
Payment of Balance Due:
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 24 hours of the beginning of the auction.
All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at (844) 509-4752 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving the designated location of vehicle. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered by shipping company.
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. DAG (D Auto Group LLC) has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle from auction are DAG sources . Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. DAG (D Auto Group LLC) welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer’s inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of DAG sales begin. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feedback Bidders:
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the sale closes or he/she must contact DAG (D Auto Group LLC) within 24 hours to make delivery arrangements.
If the deposit is not received within 5 business days of the begin of sale or if the balance is not paid in full within 2 days of the begin of sale, we reserve the right to cancel all bids and end should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

As a courtesy to our customers, DAG (D AUTO GROUP), as the broker facilitator lists vehicles on this site in bulk. This listing has an express condition report noting only cosmetic or other visible defects costing over $200 for each repair. This does not reflect anything we consider to be normal wear and tear for a vehicle of its age and mileage. Purchase and Dispute Policy / General Policies
This Purchase and Dispute Policy is intended to promote fair and ethical treatment of the customer. DAG has established this policy to give each customer the opportunity for a fair resolution in the event the Dealer discovers defects, conditions, or discrepancies that were not disclosed at the time of sale. Federal, State, and Local laws supersede these policies where applicable. Inventory is subject to change without notice. Buyer is responsible for verifying vehicle information prior to sale.
Customer will have the ability to buy from nationwide inventory of cars for sale and can submit requests for vehicles to be viewed. Upon submission of the request, the vehicle will be sold to first customer who meets the requirements. Customer will have the ability to purchase the vehicle on - line by submitting an order. A $1000-dollar deposit will place the vehicle on hold. In the event the customer purchases the vehicle. The deposit will be applied toward the purchase. In the event the contact is cancel. DAG will refund the deposit within 72 hours. DAG will honor the asking price of the vehicle for 24 hours from the date of the request, after which the hold will be removed from the vehicle and it will be placed back on the list of available inventories. Customer may also submit orders for any other vehicles listed.
Upon submission of an order, the order will be reviewed for approval.
Once DAG approves an order, an Account Manager will contact you. Customer has 24 hours to provide a signed bill of sale and payment to DAG.
If customer fails to provide signed bill of sale and payment within 24 hours of a business day, DAG reserves the right to cancel the transaction, and deposit is forfeit.
After receipt of payment, (1) customer must pick up vehicle, (2) customer can make arrangements to have vehicle transported (3) Customer can assign transport arrangement to DAG Account Manager. But in no event more than (2) business days after vehicle receive by customer. If the vehicle is not picked up within (5) business days, storage fees may apply, and customer shall be responsible for any damages which occur to the vehicle.
Occasionally, typographical input errors occur that cause errors in our pricing. In the event that such an error occurs on a car that you intend to buy, that car will be available to you for the correct price. If you prefer not to purchase the car at the correct price, any amounts that have been paid by you for the purchase of the car will be refunded to you.
a) The Customer or Customer Agent (transporter or driver) should note any obvious damage on the gate release prior to removing the vehicle from the pickup location. DAG will not be responsible for any obvious damage not identified on the gate release or the condition report once the vehicle is removed from the pickup location.
(b) If Customer agent picks up the vehicle, Customer or Customer Agent will inspect the vehicle immediately upon arrival at DAG or affiliate location.
The Customer must verify DAG’s representations and notify DAG immediately of any discrepancies within the time frame as stated in this policy. Customer will verify odometer reading upon arrival at DAG or affiliate location. Mileage must be the same as when purchased if claiming for inoperable odometer.
If a price adjustment is made and accepted, vehicle becomes “AS IS” property of the Customer, and is not subject to any further resolution for mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic defects or adjustments.
Defects, conditions, and discrepancies that were not disclosed in the vehicle description may be submitted by the Customer through DAG’s dispute procedure provided that Customer has picked up / received the vehicle and submitted the dispute on a timely basis. (1) business days)
In order for a dispute to be considered, the defects, conditions, or discrepancies must be listed on DAG Dispute Form/documents and reported to the DAG Direct Representative within (1) business days of the date of vehicle delivery, and in no event more than (2) business days from the date received the vehicle. Pictures and repair estimates must be provided within (2) business days following submission of the claim or the dispute will be closed.
DAG or affiliates will inspect only the defect(s) which are shown on the Dispute Form/documents and submitted on a timely basis. Each vehicle transaction is allowed one chance at mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic dispute. The decision of DAG is final and binding upon Customer.
If a price adjustment is made and accepted, vehicle becomes “AS IS” property of the Customer, and is not subject to any further resolution for mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic defects or adjustments.
(a) Noise and Inherent Conditions: No dispute can be based on noises or conditions that are inherent or typical to a particular model or manufacturer, unless deemed “excessive” by DAG on non - warranty items. OEM dealer warranty guidelines will be used where applicable to determine whether the condition is excessive.
(b) Manual Transmissions: Vehicles with standard transmissions are not eligible for manual clutches unless the defect will not allow a safe test drive.
(c) Wear able Items: Vehicles are not eligible for dispute for wearable items. For purposes of this policy wearable items are defined as parts of the vehicle that the manufacturer recognizes the need for replacement/adjustment during the expected life of the vehicle. These items are normally identified in the Owner’s Manual for routine check and replacement and would include, but not limited to: tires, wipers, brake pads, shoes, rotors, belts, hoses, lubricants/fluids,
timing belts, bulbs, filters, shocks & struts.
(d) EDVH : No dispute can be based upon information listed in Electronic Data Vehicle Histories (EDVH) (i.e. Carfax, Auto Check, etc.)
(e) Miscellaneous No dispute is available for any additional item identified as not eligible
for dispute. 4x2 Disclosure Rule: All multipurpose and utility
type vehicles are assumed to be 4X2 unless otherwise announced.
However, if a 4X2 multipurpose, utility type vehicle or pickup has been altered in appearance or stance to resemble a 4X4, a 4X2 statement will be required.
Examples include: new badges, raised suspension, and off-road tires.
