Terms of Representation

DAG Auto Group (“DAG”) operates as an independent automotive representation firm. By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:
1. Representation Role
DAG acts as a client representative in the sourcing, evaluation, and structured negotiation of motor vehicles through verified inventory channels.
DAG is not a dealership and does not maintain owned retail inventory for public sale unless otherwise disclosed.
DAG represents the client’s interests throughout the procurement process.
2. No Guarantee of Availability
Vehicle availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change based on market conditions and third-party inventory sources.
DAG does not guarantee availability of specific vehicles until formal documentation and deposit confirmation are completed.
3. Pricing & Market Conditions
All pricing is based on market conditions at the time of negotiation. Final transaction pricing may vary due to:
• Market fluctuations
• Third-party seller adjustments
• Condition findings
• Financing terms
• Transportation variables
DAG provides pricing analysis and negotiation services but does not control third-party seller pricing policies.
4. Deposits & Commitments
Any deposit required to secure a vehicle is subject to written agreement outlining terms, refund conditions, and compliance requirements.
No verbal commitments are binding unless documented in writing.
5. Vehicle Condition & Inspection
DAG may provide condition reports and advisory guidance; however:
• Final responsibility for vehicle acceptance rests with the Client.
• Independent inspections are encouraged when appropriate.
DAG does not perform mechanical repairs unless separately contracted.
6. Financial Structuring
DAG may assist in coordinating financing and protection products; however:
• Final lending decisions are made by third-party financial institutions.
• Terms are subject to lender approval and regulatory compliance.
7. Transportation & Delivery
Transportation coordination services are provided through licensed third-party carriers.
DAG is not liable for delays or damages beyond the scope of carrier agreements.
8. Limitation of Liability
DAG’s role is advisory and representational. Liability is limited to fees paid for services rendered unless otherwise required by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].
10. Acceptance
By engaging DAG’s services or submitting a representation request form, the Client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these Terms of Representation.
